The color of snow

It’s hard work carving the slopes by day and carving
the ice by night. For one Special night Australian ski
resort Mount Buller was illuminated by ENESS’
signature eyeball installation. Materials used: a
laptop, 1 cold projector, snow plough and snow.

Using our own proprietary software “Pixile” we can
match video projections onto most shapes and
surfaces. Once calibrated, the spheres can spin in
any direction by user interaction. Notice how the
spheres are rotating against one another like cogs,
this is achieved by applying simulating real world
physical properties including gravity, mass and friction.

Eyes watching your every move. As people walk
by the eyes respond and look your way.

We welcome invitations to do more Sub-zero
installations for adventurous ski resorts around
the world.
